Project Manager – Commercial & Multifamily Construction

Location: Pleasanton, CA

Pay: $140,000 to $180,000 base + performance bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Run day-to-day project operations and keep things on track
• Work with field teams, subs, and clients to stay on budget and schedule
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Lead jobsite meetings and coordinate with superintendents and foremen
• Solve problems quickly and keep quality top of mind

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Experience with multifamily, affordable housing, or mixed-use a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams with confidence
