Project Manager – Commercial & Multifamily Construction
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Pay: $140,000 to $180,000 base + performance bonus

What You’ll Do:
- Run day-to-day project operations and keep things on track
- Work with field teams, subs, and clients to stay on budget and schedule
- Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Lead jobsite meetings and coordinate with superintendents and foremen
- Solve problems quickly and keep quality top of mind
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Experience with multifamily, affordable housing, or mixed-use a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams with confidence
