Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all phases of construction to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Provide schedule updates and quality control feedback; ensure work meets contract specs, layouts, and finishes
• Maintain up-to-date plans, including revisions and addenda
• Identify and document field issues or deficiencies; escalate as needed
• Help coordinate subcontractors and owner-provided vendors; attend inspections and site meetings
• Represent the company during inspections and communicate findings to the Project Manager
• Create and manage incomplete work lists; participate in final walkthroughs and unit turnovers
• Support punch list completion and key handoff to property management
• Complete special projects or tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in construction or project management
• Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Acrobat Pro; able to read and interpret construction documents
• Travel: Willing to travel overnight up to 50% of the time
