Job Description

**Seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator in Diablo

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will perform delegated clinical duties such as administering study procedures, dispensing investigational medications, managing regulatory documentation, and supporting patient recruitment efforts—all under the oversight of the study Principal Investigator.

This position works closely with Principal Investigators, Sponsors, CROs, and study participants to ensure compliance and smooth execution of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct study start-up tasks, including protocol review and patient prescreening
  • Support patient enrollment to meet study targets
  • Obtain informed consent in compliance with ICH/GCP & site SOPs
  • Perform patient visits and study procedures per protocol (including vitals, blood draws, ECGs, etc.)
  • Prepare for monitoring visits and resolve outstanding queries
  • Manage investigational product accountability
  • Collect and process lab specimens accurately
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry (per ALCOA standards)
  • Report adverse events per regulations
  • Travel to investigator meetings or other study locations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Nursing or Health Sciences ideal)
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
  • Familiarity with CKD, nephrology, or vascular access studies is a plus
  • Knowledge of GCP, IATA, and FDA regulations
  • Skilled in basic clinical procedures ( bloodwork, vitals, ECGs)
  • Strong organizational, data management, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (DOE)
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k), PTO
  • Full-time, onsite position
