About the Role: We are seeking a Clinical Documentation Assistant (Medical Scribe) to support our pediatricians and clinical staff. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing careers in medicine, nursing, or allied health who want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. What You’ll Do:

• Accurately document physician notes into our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
• Support providers with charting, patient documentation, and medical records management
• Ensure accuracy of medical terminology, spelling, and data entry
• Collaborate with pediatricians and staff in a child-focused environment

Qualifications:

• Previous medical scribe or documentation experience preferred (not required)
• Familiarity with Allscripts EHR a plus (training provided)
• Knowledge of medical terminology required
• Excellent listening, spelling, and data entry skills
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
