About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organization's marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing executive with a strong background in B2B and D2C digital marketing, brand management, and demand generation, particularly within the healthcare or technology sectors. The CMO will be responsible for strategic leadership, team management, brand development, product marketing, customer acquisition and retention, market research, and budget management. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in driving growth, enhancing brand awareness, and solidifying the brand as a leader in the market. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, innovative, and results-oriented, with the ability to foster significant company growth.
Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in DTC marketing leadership roles, with a focus on digital marketing, customer acquisition, brand management, and demand generation, is required. Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry, or a highly-regulated industry, is highly desirable. The role demands a leader with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, who is adept at leading and scaling marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments. The CMO will be expected to be a proactive, creative thinker with a history of implementing innovative marketing strategies and a proven ability to deliver measurable results and drive growth through data-supported marketing strategies.
