We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our district-wide team for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, in-person position serving students across K12 , with a primary focus on early learners in ABA classrooms . The BCBA will provide behavioral and clinical support to students with a range of needsincluding those demonstrating aggression, elopement, regression, and other significant behaviors.
The role involves direct support, consultation, and supervision in specialized ABA classrooms, as well as collaboration with another BCBA on the team. The BCBA will be based primarily in an elementary school building but may report to various school sites as needed.
Serve as the lead BCBA supporting district ABA programs, with a focus on elementary-aged students
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Active BCBA certification (required)
Prior experience in a school-based or clinical ABA setting
Ability to support students with significant behavioral challenges (e.g., aggression, elopement, regression )
