About the Role:

The Cashier for Schuss Ski Ticket plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests at the ski resort. This position is responsible for processing ticket sales efficiently while providing exceptional customer service to all visitors. The Cashier will manage cash and electronic transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial protocols. Additionally, this role involves assisting guests with inquiries about ski passes, resort amenities, and local attractions, contributing to a positive overall experience. Ultimately, the Cashier helps to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return and enjoy our facilities year after year.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of skiing and snowboarding, as well as local attractions.

Responsibilities:

• Process ticket sales for ski passes and other resort services accurately and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and assisting guests with their needs.
• Handle cash, credit, and electronic transactions while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Assist in managing inventory of tickets and supplies, ensuring availability for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
