Our full-service approach to supporting clients facilitates the entire employer benefit process for LTC insurance: carrier and plan design selection, customized enrollment, comprehensive benefits, service and administration. 
-  Summary 
-  The Billing Specialist is a high value partner to the Client Servicing Team, managing relationships with client HR and payroll teams to facilitate payroll deductions for insurance benefits, and coordinate invoice services for carriers. 
 -  Partnering with the insurance carrier to assist clients with issues regarding billing and payroll deductions. 
 -  Managing and maintaining client administrative data, sensitive information, and tracking systems in both Salesforce (CRM) and Excel spreadsheets. 
 
 
-  Successful candidates will have: 
-  Managing and maintaining client administrative data, sensitive information, and tracking systems in both Salesforce (CRM) and Excel spreadsheets. 
 -  Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel skills. 
 -  Excellent eye for detail. 
 -  Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to initiate and build friendly and efficient relationships with clients, carriers, and co-workers. 
 -  Experience with managing multiple projects, coordinating between multiple processes, and supporting a variety of client’s needs. 
 -  Well-developed problem-solving capabilities with a result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure. 
 -  Experience crafting efficient processes using both innovation and optimization of available resources. 
 
 
-  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
-  Reviewing carrier invoices and monitoring client payroll deductions and submitted payments. 
 -  Preparing monthly reports to initiate new deductions. 
 -  Maintaining tracking tools to monitor deductions and payments, analyzing, and reconciling discrepancies, and initiating required adjustments. 
 -  Administer secure file transfers containing sensitive protected information. 
 -  Communicating (verbal and written) directly with insurance carriers and clients, including HR departments, payroll, accounts payable. 
 -  Lead meetings with clients and carriers. 
 -  Manage escalated issues and provide direction to resolution. 
 
 
-  Requirements: 
-  Bachelor's degree or post high school education 
 -  At least 3-5 years of relevant experience (client services, human resources, account coordination)
 -  Proven track record of building strong client relationships 
 -  Superior verbal and written communication skills executed with diplomacy both internally and externally 
 -  Must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills 
 -  Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions 
 -  Ability to work and thrive in a team environment, focused on achieving results 
 -  Dynamic, ambitious, and able to work well independently and within a team environment 
 -  Superior problem solving and conflict resolution skills 
 -  Experience with leading meetings 
 -  Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook, experience with Salesforce, and SharePoint a definite plus
