About You Your deep experience fabricating, repairing, and assembling fine jewelry pieces has prepared you to take your career to the next level in Lugano's high-jewelry, luxury environment. You are skilled at collaborating with Production and Workshop teams and working independently as you exceed client expectations through your extraordinary craft. You are agile and ready to pivot in priorities, projects, and meet tight deadlines to deliver one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces. What You Will Do Supports daily jobs with filing, polishing, plating, and sizing to create unparalleled pieces for our clients Works with both laser and torch welding with safe handling practices at the forefront Assembles, solders, and repairs different types of chains and clasps Hand fabricates basic jewelry pieces and findings with precision and care Works with precious metals and gemstones, as well as a variety of materials Polishes and assembles raw castings What You Bring You have experience working on a bench with high jewelry in a manufacturing environment. You've mastered basic jewelry fabrication and different types of precious metals. You have a curiosity to add to your knowledge base by becoming versed in new technologies and techniques. You understand the importance of clear, effective communication. Your attention to detail is unwavering. Mise en place has meaning to you. Curiosity is part of who you are. You like finding solutions and when you don't know something you look for answers. Your high standards drive your commitment to contributing to an excellent client experience. Pay Transparency Targeted base compensation is $30/hour plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Our Work Environment Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking. Employees must have the stamina to work long hours if assigned. Hours and days of work may vary by position.
