• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed dealership sales goals
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Manage daily operations of the sales department, ensuring top-notch customer service.
• Track sales performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and foster a positive dealership reputation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in automotive or related industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of Hyundai products and automotive sales processes is a plus.
