Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the overall manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Nebraska City, NE

Pay Range: $21/hour

Shift: 1st shift (5am - 3:30pm, Mon-Fri; possible Saturday overtime)

What's the Job?

• Producing high-quality products and services for our customers.
• Assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest quality is provided.
• Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the work area.
• Setting up and monitoring the production of products in your area.
• Participating in the continuous improvement process to enhance safety, production, and quality.

What's Needed?

• Legal to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and write in either English or Spanish.
• Some manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Experience in collaborating with others and working independently.
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
