We are inviting distinguished professionals to join our Board of Advisors and contribute their expertise to help shape the strategic vision of Healthcare Shares while supporting our portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Guidance: Advise on the strategic direction of Healthcare Shares, ensuring our objectives align with our mission to create social impact through healthcare innovation.
• Investment Insights: Assist in evaluating startups for investment, ensuring alignment with the quintuple aim and the potential for significant health and social returns.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance to entrepreneurs in our portfolio, supporting them in overcoming challenges and refining their growth strategies.
• Market Trends: Offer insights into emerging trends in healthcare, technology, and business to inform investment and operational strategies.
• Networking: Leverage your professional network to identify promising startups, engage potential investors, and foster partnerships aligned with Healthcare Shares' goals.
• Governance: Support ethical oversight and ensure that activities adhere to our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Professional Background: Strong expertise in medicine, technology, or business, with a deep interest in healthcare innovation.
• Relevant Experience: Prior involvement in venture capital, startups, or healthcare initiatives is highly valued but not mandatory.
• Strategic Vision: A demonstrated ability to assess opportunities critically and provide actionable insights aligned with the quintuple aim.
• Collaborative Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor entrepreneurs and work effectively with other advisors.
