This is a full-time, on-site position requiring hands-on experience in wireless Wi-Fi testing and a strong grasp of IT-quality processes within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Short and Long-Term Disability Life Insurance Paid Time Off (as applicable) Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute efficient and maintainable test cases and suites Collaborate with Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) to maximize reusability of automation scripts Perform exploratory testing to identify potential risks and improve product quality Review and reconcile project deliverables with IT-quality standards Create strategic test plans (functional, regression, and smoke tests) based on user stories and requirements Advise management on product readiness and critical quality issues Monitor and close gaps in the SDLC process as it relates to quality Execute continuous process improvements for quality assurance tools and methodologies Deliver clear and effective presentations to internal and external stakeholders Document and communicate IT-quality issues and solutions effectively Ensure the accuracy and completeness of QA documentation Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance roles Experience with formal SDLC processes and documentation Demonstrated ability to create and manage deliverables: Requirements, Functional Specs, Test Plans, etc. Familiarity with client-server systems and common testing challenges Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Self-starter and effective team collaborator Ensures Accountability Tech Savvy Communicates Effectively Values Differences Customer Focus Drives Results Plans and Prioritizes Decision Quality Self-Development Professional office setting Regular use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, etc.) Occasional physical activity including lifting up to 25 lbs of equipment On-site presence is required (no remote option) Apply today to become a key player in a high-impact quality assurance environment, ensuring technology solutions meet rigorous standards and exceed user expectations.
