The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, detail-oriented designer, and someone who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Create designs and content versioning to optimize website experiences.Fix back-end issues on the website and email to improve user experience.Preparation of web assets, page assembly, and publishing of content.Translation of all content to roll out to global websites and marketing emails.Advise on the use of current and future UI components to drive efficiency.Partner closely with digital marketing to continually optimize content based on data and insights.Meet content publishing deadlines while ensuring the quality of craftsmanship.Qualifications:2-5 years of hands-on experience in web and visual design.Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) and e-commerce systems, preferably a headless CMS.Proficiency in HTML and CSS.Proficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteProven experience managing multiple projects from inception to completion in a deadline-driven environment.Interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders to scope projects and manage expectations.Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.WordPress, Salesforce, and ContentStack proficiency is a plus.Familiarity with Agile (e.g., Scrum, sAFe) and/or Lean methodologies is a plus.Understanding of design systems is a plus.
