Job Description
Warehouse Clerk - Full-time Weekend Days (36 hours per week; 12 hours per day) Saturday, Sunday, Monday; 7:00 am to 7:30 pm ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Performs data entry, and prepares standard reports & spreadsheets
- Collects, organizes, records, and files information.
- Performs Rating & Billing duties
- Other duties as assigned
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Ability to operate standard office equipment including fax, copier, personal computer, scanners, etc.
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Communication and client service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, hands-on environment
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE - High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Two or more years clerical experience
- Knowledge and experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
