We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) who is an accomplished leader in Sales and Customer Success. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a professional ready to oversee our go-to-market teams. In this hands-on position, you will lead our Sales and Customer Success teams while playing an active role in managing key enterprise accounts. Your responsibilities will include overseeing sales strategies and nurturing strategic relationships with enterprise customers and partners. This role is remote, but candidates situated near Palo Alto may be asked to come into the office once or twice per week. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct the Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve and surpass revenue goals. Act as a primary contact for enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are fulfilled and fostering enduring relationships. Develop and execute strategies and processes that promote sustainable growth and align Sales and Customer Success initiatives. Work closely with the CEO to ensure that revenue objectives are in line with the company’s strategic goals. Mentor and support the Sales and Customer Success teams, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration. Identify opportunities to elevate the customer experience and deliver exceptional value to clients. Apply data-driven insights to evaluate performance, optimize operational processes, and refine growth and retention strategies. Define, manage, achieve, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the go-to-market approach. Required Skills Proven track record in Sales and Customer Success positions with an ability to manage enterprise clients directly. Comfort in a startup environment; eager to learn, agile, and willing to take on diverse responsibilities. Hands-on leadership experience, with a focus on mentoring and nurturing teams in Sales and Customer Success. Familiarity with B2B SaaS, particularly in contexts involving enterprise customers. Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills, with an ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and enterprise clients. Data-driven mindset focused on performance metrics to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction. Creative and accountable approach; maintain simplicity while developing scalable tools. Adaptable and agile, with a strong interest in AI within go-to-market strategies. Experimental mindset, open to learning through failures and rapidly iterating.
