Overview Videographer We are looking for a skilled and imaginative Videographer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that communicates stories with impact. You’ll collaborate with designers, writers, and marketers to bring ideas to life, while also contributing your own creative vision. This is a hands-on position where you’ll own projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring that each video aligns with client goals, company standards, and industry best practices. Responsibilities Plan, direct, shoot, and edit video projects using professional equipment and software. Manage video assets, file organization, and archives to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Work directly with clients to understand their vision and present creative solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Collaborate with internal teams to align on messaging and production goals. Capture and edit content that integrates graphics, music, sound effects, and dialogue. Stay current on new tools, techniques, and trends in video production. Troubleshoot challenges with flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Travel as needed and work onsite at our Melbourne, Florida office. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in video/film editing or multimedia production. Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, Lightroom Classic, and Photoshop (After Effects and Illustrator a plus). Strong skills in lighting and camera operation for both studio and on-location shoots. Experience with audio mixing, music selection, and color correction. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong eye for composition, storytelling, and visual detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting. Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
