The CTP internship program is looking for fall interns. Our program educates participants in all aspects of our industry. Through observation and practical experience, interns will act as integral members of the video production process from the concepting stage to creation and execution.

Do you want to work in a hands-on environment, surrounded by creative people? We’re looking for interns that are interested in learning and developing skills in video production. Our in-house production suite handles everything that goes into making a great video: shooting, sound, lighting, editing, color grading, motion graphics, and all other day-to-day operations. You’d even have the opportunity to work on set with our production team.  

If you have a creative eye and a love for video, this position was made for you. This is primarily a post production role, where you’ll gain hands-on experience with software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, contributing to a range of projects from TV commercials to digital campaigns. 

Responsibilities: 

• Primarily focus on post-production tasks including video editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics. 
• Assist with organizing and managing digital assets. 
• Contribute creative ideas to video projects, offering input and suggestions during brainstorming sessions and throughout the production process. 
• Collaborate with the production team on creative projects, from pre-production to final delivery.
• Provide support on set as needed, assisting with camera operations, lighting, and equipment setup.

Qualifications:

• Passion for video production, and a strong desire to learn, particularly in post-production or motion graphics.
• Basic familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred.
• Experience with motion graphics software, such as Adobe After Effects is a strong plus.
• Enthusiasm for contributing creative ideas and collaborating in a team environment.
• Ability to assist on set with production tasks when needed.
