Luki Lab is an innovative toy company created by passionate toy creators. Luki Lab, a division of Strottman, produces and markets an exciting collection of award-winning toys and games. We all remember one or more special toys from our childhood, and we know the value of those memories. We are looking for a creative and talented Video Content Creator with a primary focus on generating content for kids on YouTube. You will be responsible for producing engaging content tailored to kids for our YouTube channel, helping to grow our online presence, increase brand awareness, and build a loyal community of followers. This position reports to the Director of Luki Lab Animation Studios and works onsite in Irvine, CA.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Plan, script, film, and edit compelling YouTube videos geared toward kids that are aligned with the brand’s tone, goals, and audience.
• Cast and direct voice actors. Voice acting and narration skills are a bonus.
• Create, decorate, and light sets for studio shoots.
• Location scouting for exterior on-location shoots.
• Stay up-to-date with trending kid’s YouTube content for developing content ideas that resonate with viewers.
• Manage and maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent uploads.

The ideal candidate is skilled in video editing, familiar with all major social platforms, and can deliver high-quality content quickly and efficiently. Experience working in a small, startup environment. We're a small team, which means your ideas and direction will almost always be reflected in the content we produce. Additional qualifications:

• Proven experience creating content specifically for YouTube (please include links to your work or channel).
• Strong video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Comfortable on-camera and/or directing talent.
• Self-motivated, positive, proactive and flexible with great taste
• A CAN-DO attitude is required
• Passion for storytelling, animation, toys, and kids
• 3+ years’ experience working in a creative environment creating content for digital platforms; Bachelors degree in a creative discipline
• Must have a strong creative visual eye and a knack for creating and curating conversational, shareable content
• Can-do positive attitude and flexible with changes in the business and demands of fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while remaining communicative
• Able to pitch and execute innovative, next level concepts quickly
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere and After effects and other editing software and apps
• Experience using lighting equipment and cameras such as DSLRs, iPhone, Insta 360 etc.
