We’ve served some of the largest healthcare, financial services, and government entities in the U.S. We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top-tier healthcare professionals for a variety of client requirements across the United States. This position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with US healthcare regulations, and delivering an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates. Responsibilities Source healthcare professionals (nurses, physicians, therapists, allied health staff, veterinarians, etc.) via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future roles Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate qualifications, availability, licensing, and visa/work authorization Review resumes for alignment with US healthcare standards and licensing requirements Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand role requirements, urgency, and cultural fit Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing preparation and feedback to candidates Ensure regulatory compliance including HIPAA, state licensing, and credential verification Maintain recruitment records and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Negotiate offers, salaries, and start dates; manage onboarding requirements such as background checks and drug screenings Primary Skills US healthcare recruitment expertise (5+ years) Candidate sourcing and pipeline development Knowledge of US work visas and credentialing requirements Proficiency in healthcare job boards and ATS platforms Secondary Skills Understanding of US healthcare terminology and industry trends Experience recruiting travel nurses, locum tenens, or allied healthcare professionals Strong time management in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Minimum 5 years of proven US healthcare recruitment experience Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills Proficiency in ATS systems and MS Office Suite Equal Opportunity Statement Pulivarthi Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
