Unit Manager Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of resident care
- Coordinate care plans and ensure regulatory compliance
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers
- Monitor resident well-being and respond to changes in condition
- Support a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment
Unit Manager Qualifications: - Current RN or LPN license in Ohio (required)
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to resident-centered care and team leadership
