The ideal candidate will foster teamwork respect and sportsmanship while creating a fun safe and supportive environment that aligns with the educational mission of Mt. Abraham : Plan and lead practices and games in accordance with Vermont Principals Association (VPA) Unified Sports guidelines. Promote inclusion and ensure equitable participation for all athletes and partners. Collaborate with special educators paraprofessionals and athletic staff to support each students needs. Model and reinforce positive behavior teamwork and school spirit. Communicate effectively with students families and the athletic : Prior coaching or teaching experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Commitment to inclusive education-based is commensurate with experience and per the Mount Abraham Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement for Co-Curricular Assignments Group 5. The range is $1885 - $3232.
