Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Occupational Therapist - Outpatient

Shift: Days / 8a-5p (8x5) 40 hours per week, Thu 8a-1p on Fri, weekend shift required

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements: 

• AZ License
• 1 Year experience or function very well independently
• BLS
• BS in OT or higher

Other Details:

• EMR/documentation system: ReDoc for OP and MedHost for inpatient
• Caseload/patient scheduling info: 6- 8 patients a day

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
