Start Dates: 4/7 (ASAP, Orientation every Monday) 13-week contract Hours: 40 hours Mostly M-F / 8:am-5pm 40 hours guaranteed Sometimes will need to work 1 weekend a month or 2 Saturdays / Sundays a month OT Opportunities? Float Requirements? San Mateo / San Jose area This is really to support the entire territory; they group days and areas to reduce drive time. Extension Opportunities? Is RTO Accepted? What is the Max??all RTO needs to be approved in advanced On-Call Requirement? no call requirement Holiday Requirements/Specifics? Certs: BLS License: CA RN License Experience: Personality is most important – someone who is a go-getter, willing to jump in to learn and help type of personality Open to candidate who don't have HomeHealth background. Open to train on Homecare Homebase and Oasis. At least 6 patients a day. They will be doing start of care and everything else. Highly prefer a candidate who has HomeHealth and homecare home base and oasis
