MRI Technologist

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MRI Technologist to join our team. This position requires a commitment to patient care, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

• Schedule: 4x9s, Tuesday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM


• Weekend Requirement: Every 4th weekend, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, on-call from 12:00 PM Saturday to 00:00 Monday

Position Requirements

• Must hold a valid ARRT (MR) certification at the time of submission


• Will need to obtain an Ohio license prior to start


• AHA BLS certification must be active at the time of submission


• Minimum of two years of experience as an MRI Technologist required

Additional Information

• Travelers must complete TWO fingerprinting processes: One onsite prior to start and one through the agency.


• COVID-19 Vaccine required - medical or religious exemptions only.


• All travelers must be nicotine-free with a negative 10-panel drug screen required within 12 months of the start date.

Submission Requirements

• Standard cover sheet completed and submitted


• Interview availability to be included within the cover sheet


• A permanent Ohio license must be in hand at the time of submission; compact licenses are accepted for any starts on or after January 1, 2023


• Background checks are reviewed, and travelers with open cases will not be accepted


• A minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty is required prior to travel


• Two supervisory references are mandatory for submission: one from the past 12 months and one from the most recent assignment if applicable


• Certifications must be active; no pending certifications are acceptable


• PBDS Assessment is waived; ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation


• Please note that there is a strict no-call policy at the facility
