Transaction & Legal Coordinator-Dallas REIT
Location: Uptown Dallas (Hybrid – WFH Fridays)
Compensation: $115K + 15% bonus + 15% stock-based compensation

What You’ll Do:
Oversee all acquisition and disposition transactions, managing contract negotiations, due diligence, and closings.
Collaborate with attorneys, title agents, brokers, and internal teams to ensure seamless transactions.
Review and interpret leases, purchase agreements, title documents, and third-party reports.
Manage transaction coordinators, providing guidance and oversight.
Lead post-closing handoff meetings and assist with special projects.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience closing commercial real estate transactions, preferably within a REIT or similar environment.
Strong decision-making skills and ability to navigate complex deals efficiently.
Excellent communication—comfortable working with legal teams, clients, and senior executives.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
4+ years in transaction management; leadership experience preferred.
