What You'll Do
  • Process and audit new vehicle purchase paperwork to ensure accuracy.
  • Issue purchase orders and coordinate with manufacturers and dealerships for vehicle orders.
  • Register vehicles, obtain plates, and handle MSO titling and registration (in and out of state).
  • Ensure all documentation is completed for vehicle upfitting and asset disposal.
  • Manage title issuance, replacement titles, and maintain accurate title records.
  • Prepare and track sales documentation, ensuring proper signatures and fund receipts.
  • Register and remit service contract payments and cancellations.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers on retail transactions and funding status.
  • Visit DMV and tax offices as needed to handle titling or registration business.
  • Support accounting with cash requirement documentation and accurate filing.
What You Bring
  • Previous administrative or clerical experience (automotive or dealership experience is a plus).
  • Strong familiarity with Texas title and registration processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience handling sensitive documents with a high level of accuracy.
  • A customer-service mindset and ability to work well both independently and within a team.
