What You'll Do - Process and audit new vehicle purchase paperwork to ensure accuracy.
- Issue purchase orders and coordinate with manufacturers and dealerships for vehicle orders.
- Register vehicles, obtain plates, and handle MSO titling and registration (in and out of state).
- Ensure all documentation is completed for vehicle upfitting and asset disposal.
- Manage title issuance, replacement titles, and maintain accurate title records.
- Prepare and track sales documentation, ensuring proper signatures and fund receipts.
- Register and remit service contract payments and cancellations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers on retail transactions and funding status.
- Visit DMV and tax offices as needed to handle titling or registration business.
- Support accounting with cash requirement documentation and accurate filing.
What You Bring - Previous administrative or clerical experience (automotive or dealership experience is a plus).
- Strong familiarity with Texas title and registration processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience handling sensitive documents with a high level of accuracy.
- A customer-service mindset and ability to work well both independently and within a team.
