Job Description

Our client, a higher education establishment, is seeking temporary mailroom assistants!

Hours/Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm , Monday – Friday, some weekend work required as needed

Location: Bethlehem, PA

Looking for someone who is dedicated and a hard worker, with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and scanning in packages and mail
  • Input all packages and data into a system
  • Making sure all deliveries are brought to the right place/delivered to the right person
  • Sorting and organizing mail
  • Communicate with students and faculty
  • Assist with mailroom duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs – dolly would be provided
  • Must be dependable, reliable and people-oriented
  • Problem-solving and professional work ethic
  • Ability to work with professionals of all types
