Primary Duties: Assist customers in resolving product issues such as installations, code compliance, and product applications. Assist in product testing and performance criteria Provide building and code compliance expertise based on product lines for both domestic and international markets Specification writing and development Assist in product and technical training for employees, distributors, and customers Provide technical support for Sales and Customer Service Complete required LEED forms for internal/external purposes as a backup role. Work closely with Interior Design Services and Product Management to develop interior building environments that showcase our products. Use Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to create photo-real application renderings.
