About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Tech Recruiter to join our client's team. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and managing relationships with both clients and candidates. This position is for one of our most highly sought-after clients, making it an exciting and prestigious opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit top tech talent
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Manage the recruiting process for high-level and specialized positions
Act as a trusted recruiting partner and subject matter expert
Skills and Experience:
4+ years of full lifecycle tech recruiting experience
Proven ability to source and manage candidates independently
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
