What We're Looking For in a Candidate:
Experience: Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, and working with special education is highly preferred. Experience with accommodations and supporting students with learning disabilities is also a plus.
Education: At least a Bachelor's degree.
Engagement: Ability to make learning engaging and interactive, often guided by student questions and feedback.
Professional Requirements: Ability to pass a background check, if required.
