Responsibilities of the Tax Partner would include:

• Be a leader within the Private Client Service / Estate and Trust practice of the Firm
• Develop, supervise and mentor members of the Private Client Service / Estate and Trust team
• Coordinating tax compliance and planning responsibilities for our multistate environment
• Maintaining visibility in the Estate and Trust community
• Maintaining existing business relationships and cultivating new ones
• Maintaining relationships with and advise clients in Estate and Trust matters
• Perform extensive tax compliance, research, consulting and planning for individual, fiduciary, not for profit (private foundation), gift and estate tax

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA or EA, preferably
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience with a public accounting and/or professional services firm or law firm
• Significant experience providing complex gift and estate planning strategies to high net worth clients
• Significant experience in working with estate tax, gift tax and fiduciary tax returns;
