Are you ready to gain hands-on experience, learn from industry experts, and explore the exciting world of construction? Brayman Construction is looking to fill a paid Summer Marketing Internship position for a 14-week summer rotation from May 5, 2025, to August 15, 2025 (flexible dates).

This is your chance to be part of an innovative team and work on real-world projects, in our corporate office in Saxonburg, PA (suburban Pittsburgh). This role offers a unique opportunity to support branding, social media, content creation, and event coordination while working alongside an experienced marketing team.

Marketing Internship Responsibilities:

• Assist with content creation for social media and internal communications
• Organize and update photo and video libraries for marketing use
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activity
• Perform other marketing-related tasks as needed

Marketing Internship Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or Canva is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Interest in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must have interest in working hard and being challenged daily

Marketing Internship Education and Experience:

• Must be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Safety Sensitive Position:

This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work on project sites, including federal projects, and in a heavy manufacturing facility with various safety hazards which are potentially life-threatening to the employee. This position may require working at heights, in confined spaces, around heavy equipment, and under constantly changing circumstances. This position will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor .
