This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Milpitas, CA. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. Additionally, the Store Manager will be accountable for maintaining visual merchandising standards and inventory control.

• Retail management experience, leadership skills, and customer service expertise
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
• Sales and marketing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
