White Orchid Interiors is a leading provider of home staging services in Colorado. We partner with homeowners and real estate agents to furnish and stage homes to appeal to potential buyers. Our team moves and installs furniture, artwork and accessories in Denver area homes each day.

About the Role

Furniture Installation Team Members are central to the home staging process. Furniture Installation Team Members will be an exceptional team player first and foremost. You will be responsible for the safe and smart moving of home staging furniture into and out of our clients homes. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for being a part of a team of Movers or Delivery Coordinators and ensuring that the entire team follows safe and smart moving practices.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Physically move staging furniture, artwork and décor accessories. 
• Support the interior Design Coordinator throughout the staging process.
• Be professional with customers during the home staging process. 
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and best practices. 
• Prompt start time with a commitment to work until the job is done.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
• Team player, positive attitude, and leadership qualities. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. 
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Key Performance Metrics

• Lead a team and conduct two (2) property moves each workday.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base compensation starting at $25 per hour.
