This role performs the load-in & out of band equipment and rental equipment, is responsible for securing required passes and tickets and prepares guest lists under the direction of the stage manager, assists audio & lighting crew as directed, manages band set changes, ensures band members have required items to perform, communicates event details to production crew, hangs show banners, updates marquees and signage, coordinates food trays for the band, assists lighting & audio crew, maintains and repairs sound, light and stage equipment, assists stage manager with show passes, maintains and secures house backline and supplies, maintains curtains, drapes, risers and staging items, assists audio and lighting crews with equipment, operates and cares for stage areas safely and cleanly, assists with special events operations, and ensures stage trash is taken out and stage is prepared for next show. Required qualifications include a minimum of 3 years tour and stage production experience, experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, proficiency with Microsoft applications, superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills, and a high school diploma. Preferred qualification is a college degree. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
