Are you a recent college graduate ready to launch your professional journey? Marathon Staffing is looking for a motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our team full-time in Reno, NV. What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in helping people find meaningful work while supporting our clients’ hiring needs. Your day-to-day will include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand job openings
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Participating in job fairs, hiring events, and team meetings
• Posting job ads and promoting opportunities online
• Conducting phone interviews and screening applicants
• Keeping hiring managers updated on recruiting progress
• Ensuring compliance with company and employment policies
• Assisting with incident documentation and reporting
• Staying informed on local job market trends

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Ideal candidates will have:

• Some experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales (internships count!)
• Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus!)
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stay organized and juggle multiple tasks
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Job Details

• Location: In-person in Reno, NV
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Hours: 40 per week
• Commute/Relocation: Must be able to commute or relocate before starting
