Robert Half is partnering with a leading organization in the manufacturing and distribution industry to recruit a dedicated and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst. This position offers a unique opportunity to make an impact on business strategies through detailed financial analysis and reporting. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing expert insights to guide decision-making and drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analyses, trend identification, and forecasting, to support executive decision-making.
· Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
· Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
· Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate preparation of financial statements.
· Analyze market trends and their impact on company performance and future planning.
· Develop and optimize financial models to assess business opportunities.
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
· Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
· Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced skills in Excel. Epicor and / or Anaplan is a plus as well
· Strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic forecasting.
· Ability to handle complex data sets and draw meaningful insights from large volumes of information.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and simplify complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
· Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI platforms is a plus.
The company offers a competitive salary range of $100-125K plus bonus and great benefits along with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office / 2 days remote).
