We are looking for a superstar fitness professional (physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more) to provide one-on-one assisted stretching on clients for our studio in Redmond, WA. We are seeking: Someone who is a boutique fitness and/or wellness lover and is able to build strong relationships with our members. Knowledgeable professionals who are certified personal trainers, yoga and pilates instructors, physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, dance instructors, or massage therapists with a strong command of human anatomy. Well-educated and credentialed in their specific field of bodywork. Should have a minimum of two-year experience in bodywork or a related field and a Bachelor's degree in exercise science or a similar field OR have a current certification from NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or AFPA, RYT, or similar program. Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people. Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy. Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies Must be available to go through our 2-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training What you will do: Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations Handle member concerns when applicable Assist sales associates and Sales Manager with studio tour and sales, as needed Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time Here's what's in it for you!
