Provenance is a tasting-menu only restaurant in Head House Square in Philadelphia. We are currently looking for a Sommelier to lead our beverage program and assist with leading our team during service.
The Sommelier is responsible for delivering excellent wine service and hospitality while demonstrating strong product knowledge in a fast paced yet intimate environment. Training and development is an important part of our culture and there are opportunities for Sommeliers to participate in wine industry tastings/events, tastings with visiting winemakers, and continuing your professional development within the wine world.The Sommelier will have crucial input on the beverage program, including by-the-bottle selections, by-the-glass-pours, and pairings, among other areas.
