Since 2008, Solterra has made going solar simple and affordable for residential, commercial, and off-grid clients.

In this design and business development position, youll seek out and respond to potential customers to effectively align their needs with our solar, battery, and smart home solutions.

• Youre passionate about the importance and impact of renewable energy and sustainable technology.
• You can handle sales aspects of the role including cultivating & managing leads, facilitating contracts, providing financing information, and supporting customer satisfaction.
• You can handle marketing aspects of the role including developing basic marketing plans, generating interest, creating relationships, and being a brand ambassador.
  
• Youre motivated to deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• You have experience in a similar industry and are comfortable with the lingo and environment.
• Your knowledge of standard software programs and CRMs is on point, and you have a knack for picking up new technologies and processes.
• You can climb a ladder and conduct a visual roof inspection and measurements.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task like an ambushed samurai in a swordfight.
• You have a personable and professional demeanor and enjoy interacting with a diverse blend of personalities.

Heres what we offer:

• Annual first-year on-target earnings pay of $90,000 to $120,000 including base salary, commission, and bonuses.

• Flexible work schedule, 50% hybrid in office/work from home. Residency in the Seattle Metro area is required for this role.
