Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies for VINIO and client brands to achieve business goals. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content—posts, reels, videos, and stories—across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, X/Twitter, etc.). Manage multiple accounts daily, ensuring consistent, authentic brand voices. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth) and adjust strategy accordingly. Grow online communities through timely engagement, responses, and reputation management. Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns to maximize ROI. Collaborate across teams on product launches, campaigns, and creative initiatives. Stay current with platform updates, social trends, and emerging tools; recommend fresh ideas and tactics. Partner with influencers, industry professionals, and brand advocates to increase exposure. Manage content calendars and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines. Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to guide content development. Test new formats and posting schedules to optimize results. Provide training on social best practices to team members or clients as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field—or equivalent experience. 2+ years proven experience managing social media for a business, brand, or agency (portfolio required). Strong understanding of social platforms and tools such as Sprout, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later. Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills. Proficiency with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and refine strategy. Experience running paid social campaigns. Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and priorities. Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.
