Responsibilities

•Lead generation
•Real estate sales
•Buyer lead follow-up
•Set appointments
•Execute appointments
•Sales scripts mastery
•Find homes that meet buyer clients' criteria and budget to generate sales faster
•Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
•Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
•Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency's standards of client service
•Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show

Qualifications

• A real estate license is required
• Commission opportunity
•Sales experience
•Working Rights in the USA
•Must live within daily driving distance of the office
•Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
•Present yourself in a professional manner
•Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease KW Laguna
