Service Sales Engineer — Fremont, CA
Salary: $82k–$125k base + generous commission
Location: Fremont, CA
We are hiring a Service Sales Engineer to manage service agreements, system upgrades, and long-term client relationships within the building automation and energy management space.
✅ What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new service contracts, upgrades, and energy services.
- Build strong relationships with building owners, operators, and facility managers to maximize account value.
- Collaborate with the construction sales team to secure ongoing project work.
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and account growth.
✅ What You Bring:
- 3+ years of sales experience in building controls, HVAC service agreements, or electrical automation.
- Solid technical background (AA degree or equivalent preferred).
- Excellent sales strategy, time management, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like BASE, SPIN, or financial/strategic selling.
