AllSTEM Connections is looking for a Service Center Manager to work on-site in Olive Branch, MS. Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday's.
Responsibilities:
• Oversight and enforcement of Safety Programs.
• Daily review of production metrics and KPI’s (Labor expense, Forklift/Machine Repairs, Cost/Sort, Sorts/Hour).
• Direct continuous improvement to maximize efficiency and eliminate waste throughout facility.
• Establish and maintain professional relationship with local customer.
• Achieve budgeted financial goals for service center.
• Accurate inventory management.
• Resolve any quality problems/complaints
• Perform self-inspection on service centers relative to production and safety.
• Procure and maintain all needed operation and facility supplies (Forklifts, Washing Machines, etc).
• Interview and hire all service center employees.
• Ensure all employees are meeting job level expectations and requirements.
• Motivate and train employees to maintain succession plan for future growth/opportunities.
Must Haves:
• Experience reviewing production metrics and KPI’s
• Minimum of 4 years of recent and direct supervisory experience
• Experience in data entry using a warehouse management system
• Experience in training and employee development
• Supervision of production processes, budgets and operations
• Bachelors Desired – will consider HS diploma or GED but work experience should be STRONG.
