Description: Service Advisor
Mercedes Benz of Huntington located on Jericho Turnpike, Huntington, NY is seeking to hire a Service Advisor.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure the customer is handled professionally.
- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service customers.

- Salary ranges from $75K -$150K per year. This is a commission-based opportunity

Requirements:
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is strongly preferred
- A high level of professionalism and courteousness
- Build a long-lasting quality relationship with your customers
- CDK experience is a huge plus but not mandatory
- Self-motivated, able to work on their own and with others
- Great communication skills with your customers
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
Compensation details: 75000-150000 Yearly Salary
