Description: Service Advisor

Mercedes Benz of Huntington located on Jericho Turnpike, Huntington, NY is seeking to hire a Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure the customer is handled professionally.
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service customers.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is strongly preferred
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• Build a long-lasting quality relationship with your customers
• CDK experience is a huge plus but not mandatory
• Self-motivated, able to work on their own and with others
• Great communication skills with your customers
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check

Compensation details: 75000-150000 Yearly Salary
