Overnight Capital, LLC is seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our growing team as an Underwriter. The ideal candidate must have experience in the Merchant Cash Advance industry who works with integrity and excellence, and who values teamwork, customer service, diversity, and accountability. About the Role: As part of the Underwriting team, you will conduct due diligence on eligible deals, performing credit reviews, collaborating with external partners, presenting pricing, stipulations, and terms within risk parameters for eligible deals, communicating funding offers to ISOs and merchants. Additionally, you will perform renewal outreach for eligible deals, maintain ledgers, record transactions in books of account and other stock records, perform basic financial functions, process all transactions in a timely manner, adhere to all financial guidelines and regulations, and communicate with clients and the accounting department if any questions arise. Proficiency with Excel and data interpretation are a must; familiarity with Adobe and CRM platforms would be a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is required.
