As a Nike Store Manager, youre the face of NIKE. You will manage high-volume, fast-paced environments, guiding your team to deliver excellent customer service and drive store growth. Your passion for sport and customer service will help bring the NIKE brand to life for customers and the community.

You will lead, coach, and inspire your team to create positive customer experiences, foster inclusivity, and support community partnerships. Your retail expertise will be key in executing store strategies, managing budgets, and achieving sales and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience


• Minimum of four years of store management experience


• Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems


• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders with or without accommodations


• Strong conflict resolution and employee coaching skills


• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead your team with enthusiasm and passion for NIKE products and services


• Achieve sales, service, and operational goals while maintaining safety standards


• Foster a high-performing, engaged team culture with recognition and rewards


• Manage store operations, including P&L, labor, expenses, and brand initiatives


• Collaborate with district partners on enterprise initiatives
