Job Description

As Vias Senior Stock Plan Administrator , youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our global equity programs. Youll be the go-to expert for the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE platform, overseeing plan administration, transactions, reporting, and troubleshootingall while elevating the employee experience across the organization.

Collaborating closely with Vias People, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Tax, and IT teams, youll act as a trusted partner who enables data-driven decisions and seamless operations. With great judgment, attention to detail, and a process mindset, youll help shape an equity experience that aligns with Vias mission.

What Youll Do


  • Manage daily operations of the companys equity compensation programs (stock options, RSUs, ESPP, and other awards) using the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE platform.
  • Oversee and process all equity transactions, including grants, exercises, releases, and terminations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding equity awards, tax treatment, and use of the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE portal.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, tax rules, and company policies. Partner with Legal, Tax, Payroll, and Accounting teams to reconcile data and reporting.
  • Support Finance team with quarterly stock-based compensation reporting and other equity-based reporting as needed.
  • Serve as the main liaison with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE to resolve system issues, implement upgrades, and coordinate ongoing plan enhancements.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, reconciliations, and process overviews.
  • Maintain accurate participant data and reconcile records between HRIS, payroll, and the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE system.


Who You Are
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in stock plan administration, equity compensation, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of equity vehicles (options, RSUs, ESPP) and related tax/accounting implications.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical/reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of SEC, IRS, and global regulatory requirements affecting equity compensation.
  • CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation or progress toward CEP certification a plus.
  • Hands?on experience with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE equity compensation platform.


Compensation and Benefits
  • Final salary will be determined by the candidates experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable.
  • Salary Range: $90,000 $150,000.
