Senior React Developer We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer with experience in building complex, enterprise-grade web applications. You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications. Developer roles and responsibilities include managing application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing. This is a hybrid position located in Glen Allen, VA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, remote Monday and Friday. Senior React Developer Responsibilities Develop mission critical user interfaces. Write well designed, testable, efficient code. Prepare and produce releases of software components. Investigate, debug, and fix software defects. Work collaboratively with a team in an Agile environment. Prepare technical standards, provide technical advice and guidance, and collaborate with other programmers to conceptualize and develop design. Support continuous improvement by staying up-to-date on front-end technology. Nice to Have: Experience with Spring Boot. Experience using KAFKA. Knowledge of MongoDB. Experience using Azure DevOps. Familiar with Domain Driven Design concepts and patterns. Knowledge of Micro Services. Hands-on experience using Gradle. Interpersonal Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to quickly adapt to changes. Ability to work independently. Ability to collaborate with other team members. Compensation: $65-$67/hr.
